Qualifications:

1. Preferably, a social worker by profession with experiences in community/grassroots level work 2. Teaching skills or experiences as a trainer

3. Leadership skills

4. Coordination skills

5. Good communication skills in English in word and writing

6. Good health and used to travelling including remote and difficult areas

7. As most of the work will be in the North Thailand, the person should come from that area

8. Be well familiar with the tribe people and their way of life

9. As the work will be with women, it should preferably be a woman

Job description:

The job will be half as a SHG trainer and coordinator for the SHG partners in Thailand and half as a coordinator between KNH (Germany) and all Thai partners.
